Weekly Update: December 3, 2007

Coaches,

Today is the first day of practice for our winter programs and we would like to thank each of you for participating in our pre-season training. Our hard work in preparing for this year will make it the most successful BTS season thus far.

We want to insure that each of you is fully equipped to make this season as beneficial for your wrestlers as possible. Last week we sent each of you our coach's handbook and there are several things we need you to fill out and return to us.

1. BTS school agreement: This must be signed by a school administrator and faxed back to our office.
2. BTS coach's agreement: This must be signed by you and faxed back to our office.
3. USA wrestling roster: Fill out all of your athlete's information and fax to our office. We will then forward it to USA Wrestling and each of your athletes will be individually insured.
4. BTS equipment distribution form: We will send out your gear the same week we receive this form from you. Remember returning athletes will need to use their shoes and headgear from the previous season. All new athletes will receive a full set of gear.
5. BTS program information form: We need to know when each of your practices will be held so that we can come and help as much as possible. We want to be present at your programs as often as we can to make the season as successful as it can be.

*The office fax number is 212 798 6074. IMPORTANT: Please call the office before sending these documents. We share a fax machine with an entire floor and need to be notified when we will be receiving these documents from you so they do not get overlooked.

Other documents:

1. Permission slip: Have each athlete's parent sign this form but you can keep it at your school.
2. Attendance form: Take attendance at practice each day for your own record. At the end of the season we will ask that you send us a copy of your attendance records.

We hope all of you are as excited as we are about this season. We know that our combined efforts will have great results on and off the mat for our wrestlers.
