Coaches,
Many of you started practice this week, and we hope your first few practices went well. We are putting the practice schedules together and hope to have mentors visiting each program that needs one by the end of the week. However, we are still waiting for practice schedules from some of you and we cannot finalize our schedule until we hear from you.
The following forms still need to be returned from the handbook:
- BTS school agreement: This must be signed by a school administrator and faxed back to our office.
- BTS coach's agreement: This must be signed by you and faxed back to our office.
- USA wrestling roster: Fill out all of your athlete's information and mail it to us, this form cannot be faxed.
- BTS equipment distribution form: We will be going out to the warehouse every Firday, so if you fax us your orders by Thursday, you will have the gear the following Monday. Remember returning athletes will need to use their shoes and headgear from the previous season. All new athletes will receive a full set of gear.
- BTS program information form: Please fax this to us asap!
*The office fax number is 212 798 6074. IMPORTANT: Please call the office before sending these documents. We share a fax machine with an entire floor and need to be notified when we will be receiving these documents from you so they do not get overlooked.

The last shipment we sent out was improperly packed, because of this, some of the cleaning solutions exploded and some boxes were not delivered, if you did not get a box containing mat tape, cleaning solution, and posters, but you think you should have, email us.
