In September, all 8th grade boys and girls will have the option to register for admission through the 2009-2010 High School Selection process. We encourage all 8th graders who participated in the Middle School Program to continue wrestling with one of the 58 High School Teams.
Attached is the list of the teams with their school websites on the PSAL website.
The Beat the Streets initiative is to "connect" our middle school wrestlers to the high school teams. The process begins as soon as students return to school. We recommend all parents/guardians to take a proactive posture by contacting both administrations of the MS and High Schools.
Students who participate in well-organized after school programs traditionally have better attendance, higher grades and are recruited by the college community.
